Before contacting support

1. Note your Android device model and NEVULA version.
2. Describe what you tapped and what appeared on screen.
3. Do not send calculator access codes, deletion codes, private keys, message contents or unredacted screenshots.

Common questions

The app says “Unable to load script”

This indicates a development build. Closed-test users should install the standalone Play test release, which contains its own app bundle and does not require a computer.

I deleted local data

Local Emergency Kill and the deletion code are irreversible. NEVULA has no recovery for local chats, keys, notes, calendar entries or private Gallery files.

Pairing does not work

Check camera permission, scan the current QR code in person and confirm the displayed verification details on both devices.
