Data Deletion
Local device erasure and online account deletion are separate processes in NEVULA.

Erase everything stored on this device
Inside NEVULA, tap the red skull button, enter your calculator access code and confirm the final warning. Emergency Kill permanently removes local chats, keys, notes, calendar entries and private Gallery files on that device. You can also configure a separate emergency deletion code in Settings.
Delete your online account now
Enter the two keys shown when NEVULA was first set up. This permanently deletes the anonymous online account and linked server records. Local Gallery, Notes and Calendar data must be erased inside the app.
Need help?
If you cannot use the automated form, email nevula.support@proton.me. Never send your calculator access code, local emergency deletion code, private encryption keys or message contents.
What may remain temporarily
Security, abuse-prevention and infrastructure logs may remain for a limited period according to the service provider’s retention settings and legal obligations. Data that must be retained for legal or security reasons will be isolated from normal product use and removed when the relevant retention period ends.
